US Construction Outlook: Ken Simonson Interview

We recently spoke with Ken Simonson, chief economist of The Associated General Contractors of America [AGC] about the results of a survey they have just conducted with the firm Procore, and also to hear his further views on the outlook for the US construction industry. The AGC is the country’s leading association in the sector, representing over 27,000 firms, while Procore (est. 2002) aims to put its work at ‘the intersection between construction and technology’, completing an overdue ‘digital transformation’ in the industry.
